Little Barwick House, an AA 5-star rated “restaurant with rooms”, has been brought to the market in Somerset for a guide price of £1.75m.
The Grade II building is fit for purpose and houses seven en-suite guest rooms, five reception rooms and an open-plan dining room, and parking spaces.
The property is located within 3.4 acres of land and also features a period-style 3-bedroom, stone-built family cottage.
A spokesperson for Knight Frank who is heading the sale said:”The house was bought in 2000 by its current owners when it was in a very tired state and has since been completely renovated to a high standard. It currently serves as an AA 5-star rated restaurant with rooms which feels just like a private house.”
No comment has yet been provided by the previous owners regarding their choice to sell the property.
